Dazzling Diamonds

Another Diamond Painting Day

Laura (my sister), Colette (my mum) and I caught up last week and got stuck into our diamond painting projects.  Mum recently finished her diamond painting.  She changed the chart slightly by taking out some of the butterflies, as she felt there was too many.  I also charted a bird for her, as she wanted to add a bird in there!  I think it turned out well as it ended up blending in nicely with the surrounding chart.

My Dad is going to make a frame for the finished piece.  I'll post pictures once it's framed!

Laura has been working on a unicorn piece:

Spirit of Flight

I have really enjoyed getting Spirit of flight out again.  I've also finally finished the column of pages!  Which still leaves another four columns to the finish line. I'm really looking forward to getting stuck into the detail and colours in the next column.

  3. Great progress, I love seeing all the diamond painting in the family! Did you see the facebook post from Michelle of Heaven and earth designs? She is making diamond painting canvases with the charts printed on them! Right now it's just the smalls, but in the future...

    1. Thanks! :D Yes i saw Michele's post about the printed mini's. It would make it so much quicker and easier to have the symbols printed on the canvas! They are $145Us though for the canvas only, shipping internationally would not be cheap either i would imagine. They are a great option if you can afford it...
