The Girl that Stitches

Some More Mystery... Here is my progress on the Mystery Chart!  There are still so many confetti stitches to fill in! Previous progress: Current progress: Also I've made a decent start on the first page of the Phelan Chart.  Her hair is coming across very orange but hopefully should tone down a bit once the surrounding colours are stitched. This one is being tented on 18 count cream davosa fabric with a variable amount of strands (3-5 depending on colour): Freddy Werner's Butterfly Chart Finish A big thanks to Freddy Werner for sharing her stitching progress on the butterfly chart (available on the downloads page). It has been a joy to watch it take shape! I've been gifted Stephanie Pui-Mun Laws “Alice in Wonderland” inspired chart from my stitching friend Monica D. Vissoli! I’m sending out regards & thanks to Monica for “The Queen of Spades Sends her Regards!” This year actually marks the 150th Anniversary of Alice in Wonderland... So it's the perfect time to start stitching this chart! Link to chart Chart mock-up: I'm stitching it on 20 count Rose coloured Lugana, 2 over 1 full cross. I haven’t done much yet but here is my start! The two of spades foot is appearing!: I have very unconventional plans for how I want to finish this piece… but I’m not going to reveal them yet! The Three Little Birds is a Grimm Fairytale and there seems to be a fairytale theme going on at the moment with my newest chart acquisition. As previously mentioned Heather from Fantasy Cross Stitch gifted me with a chart. Thanks again Heather! At the same time she decided to purchase her first HAED, the gorgeous Rapunzel chart by Annya Kai. So we have both picked fairytale charts! The chart I choose was Robber Bridegroom by Rachel Marks. As a rule I don’t normally gravitate towards the monochromatic designs since I’m such a big fan of color! However, I broke the rules for this chart. It just really spoke to me.
